Franchise Subcommittee was founded in the structure of Committee on development of consumer market in November, 2005
The aims:
- assistance to the positive tendencies of franchise development;
- assistance to the distribution of new knowledge and new technologies in franchise area;
- assistance to the perfection of a legal franchise field;
- increase of the participation’s efficiency of franchise market subjects, the interested organizations and specialists in the formation of the civilized franchise market;
- ñreation of conditions for activity's increase in the youth enterprise environment;
- consolidation of the efforts of business communities in these areas;
- maintenance of the international cooperation in franchise sector.

Advisory Council on business ethics of franchise
The aim:
assistance to the formation of the positive national franchise systems’ reputation, to an establishment of steady participants’ attitudes on the principles of equality, business ethics and fair competition.
