The Professional Franchising School was established in May, 2005. Its creation has been caused by a developed situation in the franchising market. At that time there were not any educational institutions, qualified experts, which had a reliable business reputation in the market. The franchise participants suffered for lack of knowledge, experience for a maintenance of civilized forms of cooperation.

Mission of the Professional Franchising School

1. Assistance to the development of civilized business in Russia by distribution of a new knowledge and promotions of professional technologies of vertical integration, including franchising.

2. Formation and maintenance of a new quality of management by a system training of franchising technologies, taking in view the priority directions of Russia?s economic development and requirements of various groups having a special purpose. Training to the civilized mutual relations franchisor - franchisee.

Projects of the Professional Franchising School

At the Professional Franchising School are worked out special programs directed on suppliing services in the field of training and support of practical introduction of professional technologies of vertical integration, including franchising.

Among them:

• The program «Assistance to the distribution of a new knowledge and new technologies in a franchising area» is developed together with the Institute of economy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It provides for three basic projects:

Project 1.  Organization of training in a franchising area.

Project 2.  Carrying out of research in a franchising area and an estimation of potential, forms of its development in the immediate prospects on Russia?s territory.

Project 3.  Development of methodical and recommendatory materials for the interested levels of the general managing (business, the executive authority, the legislator).

   Within the framework of Programs it is envisaged to provide consulting and legal services for those organizations, which have chosen vertical integration as a form of their development.indetails

The Professional Franchising School cooperates actively with the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the interested representatives of authorities and managements of various levels, public organizations and associations, representatives of business and scientific circles.

The school is anxious for an increase of activity in the enterprise environment and for a consolidation of the representatives of business circles. It maintenances positive tendencies of franchise development, distributing new knowledge and new technologies in franchise area.
